Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on time. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time unless other arrangements are made.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
